Gentle Flow

Elevate Yoga Cafe is a sliding scale yoga community, with portions of funds donated back into the community. Average offering is $10-$15. All classes have limited in-studio space; advanced sign up is required by contacting the instructor.

Gentle Flow is an all levels class that allows space to learn the pose & deepen, moving with intentions to bring the heat or slow it down. Nyiesha will guide you to whatever level you want to take your practice
