Explore the potential of your body with a stretch class offering, give yourself an hour and experience the lasting benefits of body awareness through movement. We will gently stretch into the muscular, joint and breath systems to lengthen and strengthen the body.  This class will benefit every body whether the interest is in resolving tightness or restoring mobility or flexibility. A consistent stretch routine has also been known to prevent injury, boost blood flow for brain and circulatory health and relieve tension.
